After purchasing a live zoom class, you can receive a full refund or exchange upon cancellation until 7 days before the event. A 50% refund or rescheduling will be available between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the class. A cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible for refund or exchange.


After purchasing a private session, you can reschedule until 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event. There are no refunds for cancellation or missed sessions.

There will be no exchange or refund for digital products, such as patterns or recordings.

After you have contacted us by email or contact form, we will respond within 2 business days to process your refund or exchange

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
